Website Mission
 The
Dale Law Firm sponsors the AchievingIndependence Website as a service to
the community at large. The website contains the Achieving Independence
for Persons with Disabilities newsletter as part of our law firm's
commitment to providing vital information to persons with disabilities
and their families. This website also serves as a resource for the
Achieving Independence Practice System which develops Special Needs
Trusts and services to support those trusts to assist persons with
disabilities to live as independently as possible, free from abuse and
neglect. |
AchievingIndependence Workshops
 The
Achieving Independence System is a process developed by the Dale Law
Firm to educate our clients on the issues and decisions that they must
deal with in providing for their disabled loved ones where reliable
asset management and public benefits are essential.
The workshop lasts approximately 2 1/2
hours and covers information of public benefits, common pitfalls in
planning, how to coordinate gifts from other family members, and how to
select a Trustee to manage the trust. Attendees receive up to a $500
discount on their legal fees if they

Attend the workshop and schedule
their first meeting with an associate within 30 days of the
workshop.

Come to the workshop with the initial
intake filled out, and

Sign the engagement letter with the
initial payment at the first meeting.

PowerPoint Presentations for Professionals
The Dale Law Firm regularly teaches courses to families, caregivers,
professionals and advocates on subjects related to serving persons with
disabilities. Most of these presentations are from courses to the public
and trustee classes for professional trustees. These are not meant as a
substitute for legal advice.

Dale Law Firm joins the Special Needs Alliance
We are proud to announce that the Dale Law Firm has
joined the Special Needs Alliance. The advantage to our clients is that
