About the Instructor:

Stephen Dale specializes in planning for the unique needs of persons with disabilities and the elderly. He started his career as a psychiatric nurse and worked in California state hospitals and community care programs for 17 years. He received his law degree in 1982 and his  LL.M. in taxation in 2001.
