The North Bay Housing Coalition Pooled Special Needs Trust The North Bay Housing Coalition would like to announce that it has established a Pooled Special Needs Trust that is fully compliant with 42 USC 1396 p D(4)C. This trust was established by the North Bay Housing Coalition – a non profit association dedicated to the housing needs of persons with disabilities in Napa, Solano and Sonoma Counties. Administration of distributions are made by CorbexisSM , and the Dale Law Firm, PC serves as counsel for policy purposes and professional education. The North Bay Housing Coalition Pooled Special Needs Trust is available for any person with a disability in California that needs their funds preserved while still maintaining public benefits. Who Should Be Interested? This trust should be of interest to consumers, advocates and attorneys who are interested in the needs of persons with disabilities and preserving public benefits. The North Bay Housing Coalition Pooled Special Needs Trust Needs Elder Law Attorneys to Handle Referrals The policy of the North Bay Housing Coalition is that no beneficiary may join the trust without first being counseled by an attorney knowledgeable about the different avenues of preserving public benefits.
