Supporting Local Disability Services
Anyone who knows Steve knows how passionate he is about supporting local disability services and professionals. This page will be dedicated to spreading that passion.
Many of Steve's current presentations center on the budget crisis and how it affects the disabled.and the organizations that support them. He has made a pledge to bring to light the need for all of us to support these organizations and their struggle to keep serving.
Please help spread the word - our local programs need our support. Whether by financial contributions, donations of useable materials, public advocacy or participating in scheduled events, a little or a lot, it all makes a difference.
Steve also emphasizes the importance of working with Care Managers as part of the Care Team. Many families looking to establish Special Needs Trusts do not realize about the existence of Care Managers within their communities and how ultimately, they can help to save costs and improve care throughout the client's life.
